Grammar and underlining

There's nothing all that scary about this one, but I question why "what you think" was underlined.  Just "you" would make sense, but underlining the whole phrase changes the emphasis.

GRAMMAR!  "It will be extremely close votes."
The next two "sentences" are, in fact, just fragments that should have been combined to make one complete sentence.
This is just more proof that the next order of business should be educational reform.

This must be the only picture of John Roberts available since they use the EXACT same picture* on every single mailing!  Or maybe it's just the most flattering.

*correction:  looking back at the other envelopes, it isn't the exact same picture.  It turns out he just never changes his facial expression.
